    It is an extremely comfy property located in Shimogyo Ward district near to good restaurant, the 360 degrees panoramic restaurant and surrounding areas. The staff are very helpful, managed the parking on-site. The hotel is in the central location nice to get to the train station.

    The breakfast was awesome, astonishing with a wonderful Kyoto view. The location was central, right by shopping districts, the major train stations in Japan and the Kyoto Station.

    Got surprisingly large family room with a bathtub as expected, really enjoyed it. The place had a family atmosphere. Location: the hotel was really close to Close to Kyoto station, and the main train station.

    Functional brand-new hotel with separate bedrooms. Nice building and rooms with Japanese decoration. Fast check-in, parking nearby. Everything modern.

    Very friendly staff, surprisingly large and comfortable room, easy access to train station, subway and shopping districts.

    Restaurant choices expensive, but cheaper alternatives nearby in the Porta underground mall.

    location, very close from JR kyoto station

    the inside of bulding were old, no light for closet, very bad internet connection... our impression of this hotel was not modern.
